Jesse Williams is an American actor born in Chicago, Illinois.

Williams graduated from Temple University with degrees in African-American Studies and Film & Media Arts.

• Williams is featured in the upcoming film The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 in the role of Leo.
• Jesse Williams played the Angel of Death in The Sandbox, written and directed by Edward Albee at Cherry Lane Theatre in Greenwich Village in New York.
• Williams begins filming the feature film Brooklyn's Finest, directed by Antoine Fuqua and written by Michael C. Martin, this June, 2008. The film also stars Don Cheadle, Richard Gere, Ethan Hawke and Ellen Barkin.
• Jesse appeared on the ABC Family hit show Greek on 9 June 2008 — it is rumored that this is the beginning of a recurring role.^{[citation needed]}
