Jesse Lizarraga (born August 25, 1950) is a Mexican American Pro Wrestler, Pro Wrestling Referee, trainer, Actor and owner of the School of Hard Knocks pro-wrestling training facility. He also promotes an independent wrestling organization called Empire Wrestling Federation in San Bernardino, California, performing under the name Jesse Hernandez. He has trained or helped train wrestlers such as Melina Perez, Rico Constantino, Silver King, Louie Spicolli and Layla El. He formed the school of Hard Knocks with Bill Anderson, who left to form his own training camp. He was sole inductee in 2006 into the Southern California Pro-Wrestling Hall of Fame.
Lizarraga has refereed several years for World Wrestling Entertainment, National Wrestling Alliance and Women of Wrestling among others.
Acting roles for Lizarraga include the films Ed Wood and Body Slam.
