Jesse Boot (March 18, 1860 — March 1, 1940) was an English cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and wicket-keeper who played for Derbyshire.
Boot's only appearance for Derbyshire came during the 1895 season, against Leicestershire. A middle-order batsman, he scored a duck in his first innings and just four runs in the next, failing to impress, and was left out of the team for the rest of the season.
Boot never played again for the Derbyshire team. He was born in South Normanton and died in Chesterfield.
