Jesús Puras Vidal de la Peña also known as just 'Chus Puras' (Born March 16, 1963) is a Spanish rally driver active is the years 1991-2002. Puras was notorious for his blistering performances on tarmac rallys and along with teammate Philippe Bugalski, he was chosen by the Citroën Total World Rally Team to be part of their driver line-up for the first campaign with the Citroën Xsara WRC. He secured his only WRC win in 2001 at the Tour de Corse with Co-Driver Marc Marti (who then went on to pilot the famous Carlos Sainz and in recent years, Dani Sordo). However, with performances over shadowed by the upcoming Sebastien Loeb, he retired from the Citroën Xsara WRC team and Rallying in 2002 ending with a 6th Place in his last rally - the 2002 Rallye Sanremo.
