Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions.
You might find these pages useful:
You can always experiment in the sandbox.
If you like, you can introduce yourself at the new user log, or write something about yourself on your user page.
One more thing: if you leave a note on any kind of discussion page it's always helpful to sign your post with four tildes (~~~~), which is automatically converted to your username and the date and time. Don't do this in articles themselves though as they are not 'owned' by any particular contributor.
If you have any questions, see help, leave a question at the help desk, or feel free to drop me a line on my talk page.
Thanks again and happy editing!

I can't say I've noticed particular problems with the servers at this time, but Wikipedia is prone to slowness. The village pump (or probably its new technical section) would be a good place to ask about such things. I'm not sure about usenet groups, but I do know that outside of the Wikipedia site itself there are the mailing lists and an IRC channel, neither of which I have ever had any call to use. Most discussion of the project takes place on the Wikipedia: pages of the site itself, though for overarching project matters there is also meta: which you could have a look at. There is also something called Meatball Wiki which is a wiki about wikis if that makes any sense. I'm afraid I don't quite understand your question about help links, maybe you could explain a bit more about what you are trying to do? I think the table you are referring to is the automatic table of contents which appears of its own accord once a page has four headings or more on it, and does indeed update itself. Hope this helps, and if you have anything further to ask or I've misinterpreted any of your questions feel free to come back and ask. Thanks. — Trilobite (Talk) 12:22, 23 Sep 2004 (UTC)
[edit] WikiMeet 2005
On the contrary it brings up the discussion of the UK WikiMeet that I was thinking of running anyway. -- Graham ☺ | Talk 18:28, 4 Oct 2004 (UTC)

Hi Jerry,
I've noticed that you requested that this pictue be put back into the article. My problem with this image is that it's too small to be useful, do you have a larger version of the image you can upload? If so you may want to consider uploading it to the Wikimedia commons (http://commons.wikimedia.org/) (If you do decide to do that, you might want to look at the Newbury category)
Thanks, Joolz 15:11, 19 May 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Category:UK Wikipedians
Hi, just to let you know that the list of UK participants at the UK notice board was getting rather long, so I have replaced it with the above category which I have added to your user page. -- Francs2000 | Talk 30 June 2005 19:43 (UTC)
