This user was briefly unblocked to participate in the discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard#Jerry_Jones_and_CongressRecords. He agreed to edit only that page, but was reblocked after both anonymous editing and editing as RisingJapaneseSun (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log) were discovered and confirmed by checkuser.
