Jerome Wiley Segovia is an At Large Member of the Democratic National Committee (DNC). He was born in Washington, DC, raised overseas in AsunciĆ³n, Paraguay, and currently lives and works in Northern Virginia.

He is a certified telephony engineer (on Siemens, 3COM NBX, and EIC systems) and has over ten years' experience in the IT services industry (primarily in CRM, telephony and database-driven web application development), including stints at EDS, Computer Task Group and Tech Data Corporation.

Jerome holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Hanover College; Hanover, Indiana. He graduated High School in 1992 (American School of Asuncion in Paraguay, South America). His father, John Wiley was US AID representative to Paraguay (appointed by President John F. Kennedy), and his grandfather, Harvey Wiley, was a founder of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Jerome became politically active in 2003, becoming the founder of Latinos for Dean, a national movement which culminated in the registration of over one thousand Latino Democratic organizers in 43 states in support of Howard Dean's primary campaign for the Democratic nomination.

Jerome received an appointment to the DNC in November of 2005 and is currently engaged in building the CasaBlanca Project - a national project to enlist 25,000 Latino Democratic organizers for all nine 2008 Democratic Presidential candidates.
