This article is a tough one-there are many villages by this name and information is scant. It is possible that this is the same as Jerzmanowa, Poland (see http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hermsdorf the German Wikipedia's list of places named Hermsdorf)...if anyone has any info, please feel free to correct and/or expand the article and let me know.
