the sentence "However, U.S. presidents, including George W. Bush and Bill Clinton, have argued that Congressional resolutions regarding the status of Jerusalem are merely "advisory"," should not contain the word "including", these are the only to presidents to serve since the act was passed and thus the only two to have "argued ANYTHING about its status as "merely advisory." i've changed that sentence to remove "including."
