If you're asking where the article is on his Democratic opponent for the November election, the answer is that there is no wikipedia article on his opponent because his opponent is not notable. You can find the criteria for notability at WP:BIO. The consensus on wikipedia is that being a major party nominee for a U.S. House seat is not, in and of itself, sufficient notability.
