Ummmmm... she graduated from college as a National Merit Scholar? Admittedly I don't know a whole lot about the National Merit program, but isn't it something you generally earn in high school? Isomorphic 07:06, 27 Jun 2004 (UTC)

Yes, fixed. --Yamla 20:22, 2004 Dec 15 (UTC)

Jeri was on Voyager for four years. Is the Borg costume she wore on her first two episodes, really the only thing worth noting here? And again just to be clear. It was the borg costume that made her lose consciousness. Not the catsuit. The BORG costume. AlistairMcMillan 15:55, 31 Aug 2004 (UTC)

Planes Trains and Automobiles was made in Chicago - the moving to Los Angeles is out of sequence.

The first two paragraphs don't mention her marriage, but all of a sudden she has a husband in paragraph 2. This needs more continuity -- Vonfraginoff 07:35, 7 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] "Shapely" seven of nine

[edit] Reasons for Voyager ratings increase

"However, her appearance also coincided with higher ratings and more positive critical reviews of Voyager, which were partly attributed to better screenwriting and partly due to her character being both intrinsically interesting and well-acted."

I don't really dispute the higher ratings and better reviews, but where can I verify that this was partly due to Seven of Nine being "intrinsically interesting and well-acted"? mjb 03:57, 18 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Image

There is an image of Jeri Ryan on the Seven of Nine page, could it also be used here?Mecil 21:39, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

No. See WP:FU. --Yamla 22:11, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
Are there any circumstances under which any non-free image can be used in a WP:BIO? From what I'm reading, I'm beginning to suspect the answer is no - A little too conservative for my taste, but please let us know if there's a way around it. In this case, there really don't seem to be any free images anywhere to be found, and I've spent a considerable amount of time looking. MrZaiustalk 01:03, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
Not for the infobox, no. However, if the inclusion of the image is to provide critical commentary on the image itself, it can be allowed. We are looking for an image to depict Jeri Ryan, though, and no fair-use image can be allowed for that. Wikipedia's policy is certainly much stricter than U.S. fair-use doctrine allows for but the reason for this is that we are trying to build a free encyclopedia; copyright restrictions are "unfree". --Yamla 01:43, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
