Jerry Vayda (born 1934, in Bayonne, New Jersey) is a retired American basketball player.
A 6'4" forward who played collegiately at University of North Carolina.
As a member of US Air Force he represented the USA national basketball team at the 1954 FIBA World Championship. Jerry Vayda scored 162 points (18.0 avg) during the tournament.[1]
