Jerry Hardin (born 20 November 1929) is an American actor who has made many television and film appearances. One of his most recognizable roles was that of the character Deep Throat in the series The X-Files. He played Mark Twain, in additional to other numerous roles in Star Trek: The Next Generation. He has also played Isaac Clark in the Sliders episode Revelations.
His daughter is actress Melora Hardin.
