Jeremiah F. Dorgan (born 1856 in Meriden, Connecticut; died June 10, 1891 in New Haven, Connecticut) was a right fielder and catcher in Major League Baseball. His brother Mike Dorgan was also a professional baseball player.[1]

Jerry died at age 35, after being found unconscious by police in a stable in Middletown, Connecticut. He was brought to jail, where he was found dead the next morning.[2] It was determined that he had died of alcohol poisoning.[3] He was interred at the St. John Cemetery in New Haven.[4]
