Jerry Abbott

Jerry Abbott is a country music songwriter and record producer from Pantego, Texas. He is also the father of Dimebag Darrell Abbott and Vinnie Paul Abbott, both of Pantera and Damageplan.

Many of Pantera's early LPs were produced by Jerry. He also appeared in VH1's Behind the Music on Pantera in May 2006 where he spoke about his son Darrell Abbott, mostly about how he used to be in the Kiss Army as a child.
