Jerry Allen Malone (born November 1, 1948) is notably regarded as "Mr. Central" and the "Father of Soccer" in McPherson, KS. He worked at Central Christian College (CCC) of Kansas for 38 years in a variety of positions and founded the McPherson Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) and McPherson Strikers Club. He helped start the boys and girls soccer programs at McPherson High School. Additionally, he coached at both CCC and was the first coach at McPherson College.
