Jermaine Anderson

Jermaine Anderson (born February 8, 1983) is a Canadian professional basketball player, currently playing for the Walter Tigers Tübingen of the German Pro 'A' League. The 6 ft 2 in, 180 lb Toronto native has also spent time with the Halifax Rainmen of the ABA, and Brose Baskets Bamberg of Germany. He could not read until he was eight years old. He is a veteran member of the Canadian national basketball team.

Anderson played at perennial Toronto powerhouse Eastern Commerce, graduating in the class of 2001.

Anderson attended Fordham University from the 2002-03 season through to 2005-06, where as a senior he started all 32 games for the Rams averaging 15.6 points, 3.7 rebounds and 3.4 assists per game.

Anderson has been a member of Canada's senior men's basketball team since 2004, most recently playing for Canada at the FIBA Americas Olympic Qualifying tournament in Las Vegas where he averaged 9.1 points, 3.4 rebounds and 4 assists per game. He has suited up for 39 international games in total.
