Jeremy Robert Cain (born December 8, 1981 in Boynton Beach, Florida) is an American football linebacker, fullback and long snapper for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League. He was originally signed by the Chicago Bears as an undrafted free agent in 2004. He played college football at Massachusetts.

Cain attended Saint Thomas Aquinas High School (Fort Lauderdale, Florida) as a senior after attending Taravella High School (Coral Springs, Florida) for three years, and was a student and a letterman in football. In football, as a senior, he garnered first team All-Broward County honors and third team All-State honors.
