[edit] History

Mr. Jose Libres Librodo, born in the Philippines was a well-known painter who specializes in water color paintings but also a conductor. Employed by by Father Thomas Griffith, the director of Ruamrudee International School as an art teacher but later was given privilege also as a choir conductor. Coincidently, there was also a concert-church choir under Mrs. Marcelina (Mars) Sawatsewi in which she offered her job as a conductor to Mr. Jose and that was the beginnings of the Jeremiah Singers.

In 1999, under agreements with Ruamrudee International School and EMI, the Jeremiahs produced their first debut CD, Simply Voices. In 2004, together with EARCOS performed for the Mekong River Peace Project. They have also been invited to many UN conferences in Bangkok and performed for the representatives there.
