Jerard Rabb (born August 19, 1984 in El Modena, California) is an American football wide receiver for the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League. He was originally signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2007. He played college football at Boise State. Rabb, along with Drisan James, was a component of the famous Hook and Lateral play that lead the Broncos into overtime against the Oklahoma Sooners in the 2007 Tostitos Fiesta Bowl.

Rabb attended El Modena High School in Orange, California and was a student and a letterman in football and baseketball. In football, he was named as an All-League selection and was chosen as an All-State selection. Gerard Rabb graduated from El Modena High School in 2002.
