[edit] Richard Kenney
If you are still actively working on this article, you should place an "inuse" template on it, which will give you 3 hours to add content. At this point, it is a candidate for speedy delete as "db-empty". ---Charles 19:23, 26 October 2006 (UTC)
- The "inuse" template is very handy. Also, please sign your posts on talk pages. Thanks! Natalie 20:07, 26 October 2006 (UTC)
I've never used this before and I don't know how to make it have an inuse template. JenniferL 17 20:15, 26 October 2006 (UTC)Jennifer Legan
- I put instructions on the article talk page. Natalie 20:50, 26 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Advice
Hi. You seem to be new here, so I though I'd point you toward a few helpful pages:
As you work on Richard Kenney, WP:BIO, Wikipedia's standards for biographies, and WP:BLP, Wikipedia's standards for biographies of living persons, will be especially helpful. If you have any questions, drop me a line on my talk page, or put the template {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will come by and help. Natalie 21:51, 26 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] License tagging for Image:Kenney.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Kenney.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 05:06, 27 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] bullet points
Hi. I'm doing some cleanup on the Richard Kenney article you may want to look at. When making a bulleted list, don't use bullet points, use asterisks (shift + 8). That will create the square bullets that wikipedia uses, and will also create line breaks for every item on the list.Natalie 16:12, 27 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:Kenney.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:Kenney.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 22:32, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
