Update 09/07/07 I'm not currently updating on Wikipedia, partly because I'm too busy at work, and partly because I completely disagree with the new policy of having to reference each book cover RETROSPECTIVELY. Having taken the time to work on several 100 book stubs, either sorting or sorting and adding text/book covers, I don't currently have the time, or energy, to go back and REDO ALL THE SAME WORK. I appreciate that policy changes from time to time, but I think it's really unreasonable to expect (note, not ask, that would've been nice), the same editors to go back and alter entries which met the criteria at the time of creation. surely it would've been more in keeping with the ethos of Wiki to have a group/project of people that went through and offered to do this? Instead we have bots spamming talk pages.
As an information professional, someone who understands copyright/fair use and a book lover, seriously, I despair.
