I think this article should be kept because it makes sense to have a page about him when you are reading about CFQ, Splice_(system_call) or OpenVZ. Note that others added the links to the page for the Splice link and OpenVS link pages, so you could ask them to see what they thought about it. Also I note that plenty of results come up for this guy on a search for his name on Google.
