[edit] Statement removed
I've removed this statement inserted by an anon: "She has also appeared as herself in Bendis' back-up story featuring the Impossible Man in Stan Lee Meets Dr. Strange." The claim was inserted just before a fairly large spate of anon vandalism. I am going to look to see if the comic in question is at my LCS and see if I can verify it. --Jeffrey O. - Re: This Edit. So it appears that the girl is unnamed, and thus this little tidbit is unverifiable. See WP:V, WP:ATT, and WP:NOR on how this violates policy. Now, if this IP is the subject of the article putting this info in, or one of the creators behind the book in question, then there might be a way to get this in to the article... --Jeffrey O. [edit] Notability?
What's the assertion of notability here?Chunky Rice 22:30, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
- She is an editor for Marvel Comics. Many editors have articles, see Category:Comic book editors. And there aren't that many successful women in comics as of yet, and she has had a character in a Marvel comic book named after her. Not the most notable person in the comic production world, but notable enough for inclusion (and I am really quite deletionist). --Jeffrey O. Gustafson - Shazaam! - <*> 22:37, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] CFD Confusion
I have removed Category:Women in comics per the discussion at CFD. I haven't replaced it with anything, however, as it doesn't seem as though Grünwald had any active role in writing comics, just editing them after the fact. If this still falls under Category:Women comics writers, then please add that in, I'm just not sure about it. Hersfold (t/a/c) 02:42, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
