Jens Thoren

Jens Thoren is a former professional Magic: The Gathering player from Sweden. He is best known for winning the 2002 Magic Invitational although he was in the top 4 of two pro tours in a row, in San Diego and Osaka of the 2001-2002 season. The same season he placed second in the pro player of the year race next to Kai Budde. He won the masters tournament of Houston the following season. After winning the magic invitational he designed the card Forestfolk, which was printed in Mirrodin as Solemn Simulacrum.
