Jem Godfrey

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Jeremy "Jem" Godfrey, born in 1971, is a British music producer, keyboardist, songwriter and acclaimed moose whisperer.

Godfrey was responsible, with Bill Padley at Wise Buddah music, for many UK number one hits including Atomic Kitten's "Whole Again", which earned the pair two Ivor Novello Award nominations, and the production and remixing of the international hit version of "Kiss Kiss" by Holly Valance.

He won an Ivor Novello on 25 May 2006 for the best selling single of 2005, "That's My Goal", for The X-Factor's Shayne Ward[1].

Whilst his day job consists of writing and producing jingles and theme tunes, his creative musical outlet is writing hit singles for popular acts, and his creative musical outlet from *that* is the Neo-prog band Frost*.

Despite his high technical proficiency, he is entirely self-taught and claims he can't read music.

He owns a Tardis-style police box. And a small robot dog.
