Jpgordon ignored my email to him.
Being poor, NoCharge.COM is the only ISP I can afford. It's not an Open Proxy... So why are you calling it that ? Also, please inform me why logging-in is not enough.

- In response to your question, please see WP:NOP for more information. I'm not able to run any robust check for open proxies, so I'll leave the review for another admin more capable in that area. Apologies for the inconvenience. – Luna Santin (talk) 05:28, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
- nocharge.com is the very definition of an open proxy: anybody who wants to sets up dialup connection to a particular number, logs in as "guest" with password "password", and edits anonymously. --jpgordon∇∆∇∆ 08:08, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
When I dial-up, I get just one IP address, Gordon; e.g. 64.40.53.133.NoCharge.COM .
Yes, it's a dynamically assigned IP-address ( Shock ! ); but, no, it's not a proxy for something else.
Why not employ a soft-block on NoCharge.COM, so users with a verifiable history can still edit ? Jeff Relf 14:44, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
........
First WikiPedia blocks networks from China that attempt to connect via proxies, now it claims that a huge ISP, NoCharge.COM, is a proxy ( God that's funny ) in order to block even more users.
Now you're ignoring my attempts to contact you. Are you guys arrogant, fat, lazy, or just ignorant ? Iquiring minds what to know.
Obviously, no one is going to tell me why a user's verifiable history is not good enough... fine, I gave up on you guys a long time ago. Jeff Relf 03:29, 20 November 2007 (UTC)
