[edit] Please be polite

Will you please watch your tone in your edit summaries? Sometimes you come off in ways that may cause disputes among users. Thank you. Please see Wikipedia:Etiquette for more information. Wrad 23:14, 14 April 2007 (UTC)

What are your qualifications to be involved in writing articles having to do with Hamlet? Please do not involve yourself in trying to write articles on subjects of which you are factually ignorant. Thank you. JeffJo 06:07, 15 April 2007 (UTC)

I appreciate your apparent knowledge on Hamlet. However, this does not mean you are exempt from etiquette rules. You will find you get more respect in the community as you are polite to people, no matter how stupid they may seem. Wrad 06:12, 15 April 2007 (UTC)

It is not correct for you to be using "talk" to try to engage in personal disputes. You need to take a serious look at Wikipedia:Etiquette and study it with great care until you actually learn something from it. I trust you will do so, and never again try to use the talk facility to harass people. Please keep in mind that you are not extempt from the etiquette rules.JeffJo 03:42, 26 May 2007 (UTC)

JeffJo, it is perfectly all right for me to address you the way I did on the talk page. Please see my response there and be aware that I am not the only editor who feels this way about your methods on the Hamlet article. I have been trying to work with you, but have been continually frustrated by your belittling, sarcastic language, even when I did nothing to provoke it. I used to have a problem with this, and believe me, it does nothing but get you enemies and hurt article progress. Wrad 23:54, 10 August 2007 (UTC)

Wrad, it is not "perfectly all right" for you to carry personal disputes onto the article discussion page, in violation of Wikipedia rules. Again - you violated the rules of etiquette of Wikipedia by doing that. Not that you're the only one guilty of such behavior. But please do keep in mind that the article page is for discussing the article, and also keep in mind that the talk system is not to be used to harrass other people. Thank you for what I'm sure will be improved behavior from you in the future. JeffJo (talk) 15:10, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
