[edit] Penn Trafford Controversy Heading
Mr Billman,
I am trying to ad information to the Penn Trafford page abut the se tape scandal, but you keep deleting it. I am not sure how this information is not constructive. I am from the area and a member of the 2003 graduating class. That sex tape is something that is still talked about frequently today here. Every graduating class since then tries to top these achievements. If you take it off then you are just removing important info about the school. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.16.115.85 (talk) 00:45, 4 May 2008 (UTC)
- I deleted information about this incident once. Prior to that, somebody kept adding the word "gateway" to the article for no apparent reason. In any case, you are welcome to make contributions to this article if the information you are contributing can be found in some notable source... say the Greensburg Tribune-Review, which almost certainly would have something on this incident. -- JeffBillman (talk) 03:45, 4 May 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Thanks
For the barnstar. I appreciate it. Redthoreau (talk Redthoreau 17:38, 10 May 2008 (UTC)
[edit] 3RR
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. Tiptoety talk 17:41, 10 May 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks for the warning. Could you point me to my error, please? I'm not sure where I'm in an edit war... However, I have been trying to diffuse one at LeBron James. -- JeffBillman (talk) 17:45, 10 May 2008 (UTC)
- Yep, that is the article I am talking about. Please understand that jumping in to the edit war does not help to difuse it but only adds to the edit war itself. The best way to difuse the issue is to start a conversation on the talk page and encourage users per their talk page to take part in that conversation. Please understand I am aware you have not violated 3RR, but I am simply warning all the users involved that continuing to edit war can result in a block. Cheers, Tiptoety talk 17:50, 10 May 2008 (UTC)
- Ah, got it. I made one edit to that page wherein I tried to call for sources without reverting the info. Seeing that the dispute was more heated than I initially thought, I have since moved on to talk pages. Thanks again for your help. -- JeffBillman (talk) 17:55, 10 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Shawnee U.R.B.
To Mr. JeffBillman, Hello. I am a member of the Shawnee URB and have studied the history of my people for many years. I am contacting you about the usesage of the word claims in your article. I would like to know where you have gotten your information and I would also like to teach you what I know of my people. I can explain where my people come from and where the were in the past. If you are willing to talk to me it would be greatfully taken. We may be able to teach each other a little something. Thank you for your time, Rain Crow My email is xxxx@xxxx.xxx —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.24.67.28 (talk) 02:51, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
