Hi. I'm a mostly useless member of society. While awaiting discorporation, I decided I could at least contribute some information to this worthy project.

During my current period of relative inactivity, I am focusing on three types of editing:

  • Answering questions. I believe I can put my years of history with this project to good use by helping others, especially new editors. But be prepared to get a more comprehensive answer than you expect — I do tend to be verbose.
  • Sourcing. I am a fanatic about adding robust, properly cited, reliable sources to articles. When I use Wikipedia for looking up information for an activity, I have a habit of stopping whatever I was doing and cleaning up the article's sources instead.
  • "Drive-by" editing. I like to work on general article improvement and maintenance issues while I'm doing other things that don't occupy my full attention.

(I've been known to become obsessed about painting some bikesheds myself.)
