Being gay has nothing to do with being a news anchor which is the sole reason he has an article. It is inappropriate to degrade a man in public by saying he's gay 4.142.45.84 00:26, 2 October 2007 (UTC)nick


Actually the jeffrey Kofman page is nothing to do with being gay, it is all about self-promotion. The current protected article is actually a promotional article from ABCNews and does not accurately reflect the truth. For instance, although it mentions that Kofman covered the Daniel Pearl story, it does not mention that he broadcast live on air inaccurately that his body had been discovered, and that one hour later Kofman had to reappear live on air to apologise for his mistake. In Kofmans rush to be the first with the news, he caused untold heartache for the wife and family of Daniel Pearl. Kofman also states that he was embedded with the Marines in Iraq. This is being economical with the truth, he visited the camp they were based in for a day, but he was never embedded in the way that he has represented.
