See Google News Search about this strange story: [1]. Got a splash of widespread news coverage, but may still deserve deletion because Wikipedia is not a newspaper, especially not a sensational tabloid per the policy WP:NOT#NEWS and the essay WP:NOTNEWS. Edison (talk) 05:21, 30 May 2008 (UTC)

Still, he managed at least two caases of substantial coverage in reliable sources at the national level in 2003, was on nthe Senate ballot in 1998, and got this coverage. Edison (talk) 20:20, 30 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Sad day for human intelligence

...everywhere. How can people be so stupid?

I'm pretty open minded but this case fails to convince me, it's very suspicious that they haven't released any of the alleged footage and even the still looks unconvincing. That said, I think that the media is approaching this as a curiosity rather than a serious news item, or I hope, so I wouldn't lose faith in common sense just yet.

At any rate this article could do with some fine tuning if it's to stay, I'm a bit conflicted as to whether it even warrants a wikipedia article to be honest. Casshernfan (talk) 15:58, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
