[edit] Specific Contributions

Galloway is a pivotal figure in the running community. His advocacy of low mileage training and his preaching of walk breaks in both training and racing have made him both hero and villain to a great many runners. He remains a controversial figure: some credit him for creating the running boom, others condemn him for watering down the sport. So how does Wikipedia claim to be enyclopedic and yet miss pretty much everything there is to say about Galloway? 68.53.72.165 04:20, 8 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] citations needed

I added "citation needed" in this article and did some clean up. More references are needed in the body of the text. Needs a little more work, book format, etc. KarateLady 22:42, 14 September 2006 (UTC)
