On most websites in the nl domain, D'hont ist written with capital D and small h. I think the article should be renamed!

I agree; I have only seen his name with a capital D and sometimes a small h or big H;but it is spelt D'Hondt or D'hondt on several websites such as Sporza.be http://www2.vrtnieuws.net/cm/vrtnieuws.net/sporza/wielrennen/070605_hondt_herhaling of course the definitive thing would be to find out where he is from
