Jeffrey Gonsalves (born March 24, 1986 in Markham, Ontario) is a Canadian soccer player who currently plays for Rhode Island Stingrays of the USL Premier Development League, on loan from Major League Soccer side Toronto FC.
He is of Portuguese decent and West Indian parentage.
In his high school years he won the Ontario Cup once as part of the Woodbridge Strikers Soccer Club, and won a silver medal as part of the Ontario Provincial Team. He was a member of the University of Rhode Island varsity soccer team from 2003 until 2006, and during his college years also played with the Rhode Island Stingrays in the USL Premier Development League.
Gonsalves was drafted by Toronto as the 40th overall pick of the 2007 MLS SuperDraft, but was loaned back to the Stingrays for the duration of the 2007 PDL season before playing a game.
