Jefferson de Oliveira Galvão, or simply Jefferson (born January 2, 1983 in São Vicente, Brazil) is a Brazilian soccer player currently playing soccer for Turkish club Trabzonspor. He was brought in as a replacement for Australian goalkeeper Michael Petkovic. He has previously played in Brazil for Cruzeiro and Botafogo. He has also played for the U-21 Brazilian national team. He helped U-21 team to win the FIFA World U-20 Championship in 2003, which was held in United Arab Emirates.
