Jefferson Lee Louis (born 22 February 1979 in Harrow, England) is an English professional footballer who plays for Blue Square Premier club Wrexham. He has played for Football League clubs Oxford United, Bristol Rovers and Mansfield Town.

Louis had a much-travelled football career, which saw him appear for 17 teams, mostly non-league, in eight years between 2000 and 2008, with the highlights being playing against Arsenal for Oxford United in a 3rd round FA Cup tie in February 2003[1] and making ten league and cup appearances for Football League Second Division side Bristol Rovers in 2005.[2] He joined Mansfield Town in January 2008 on a three month contract[3] and was released on 2008-05-02.[4] He joined Wrexham in June 2008.[5]
Louis represented Dominica in a World Cup Qualifier against Barbados in March 2008, which Dominica lost 1-0.[6] Louis played up front with his cousin,[7] Richard Pacquette in this match.[8]
