Jeffrey Marc Zgonina (born May 24, 1970 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American football defensive tackle in the National Football League who is with the Houston Texans. He played college football at Purdue University and was a seventh round pick of the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 1993 NFL Draft.

Zgonina attended Carmel High School in Mundelein, Illinois and was a letterman in football, basketball, hockey, and track & field. In football, he won All-East Suburban Catholic Conference honors, All-Area honors, All-County honors, and All-State honors.
