From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jeff Ward (November 18 or 28, 1962 – March 19, 1993) was a drummer for bands including Hammeron, Nine Inch Nails, Revolting Cocks, Ministry, Lard, and Low Pop Suicide.
He committed suicide in 1993. He first killed his girlfriend, and then locked himself in his car in his garage and started it, dying of Carbon Monoxide poisoning.[1] Nine Inch Nails' 1994 album The Downward Spiral and Lard's 1997 release Pure Chewing Satisfaction both featured dedications to him, while Ward's friend (and Nine Inch Nails bandmate) Richard Patrick dealt with his death in the Filter track "It's Over." He provided vocals for the 1000 Homo DJs song .
