Jeff Rowe (born March 21, 1984) is an American football quarterback for the Cincinnati Bengals. He played college football at the University of Nevada from 2002-2006 and high school football at Robert McQueen High School from 1999-2002. He was selected 151st overall in the 2007 NFL Draft.

Rowe attended Robert McQueen High School and led his team to the 2001 State Championship game. In 2001 he passed for 2059 yards and 27 touchdowns.

Rowe attended the University of Nevada. He compiled 7862 yards in his college career ranking him fifth in the school's history. He graduated with a degree in general studies. At the University of Nevada, he was known for his suave manner on the field and his advanced ability to execute the pistol offense.

Rowe was selected by the Cincinnati Bengals in the fifth round (151st overall) of the 2007 NFL Draft.
