Jeffrey C. Otah (born June 17, 1986 in New Castle, Delaware) is a an American football offensive tackle for the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Panthers 19th overall in the 2008 NFL Draft. He played college football at Pittsburgh for 2 seasons after transferring from Valley Forge Military Academy. A rare combination of size and speed.
