Jeffery Toney "Hell Raza" Fraza (b. November 12, 1977, Haverhill, Massachusetts) is a professional boxer.

He was a contestant on the NBC reality TV show The Contender. On the show, he was placed on the East Coast team and was the only contestant not to fight - he was diagnosed with chicken pox early in the series, allowing Peter Manfredo to return.

Jeff returned to television on the show Contender Season 2, on ESPN. On it, he was picked to be a member of the Gold Team. He lost his preliminary bout to Nick Acevedo by unanimous decision.
