Jeff Fleming (born September 8, 1979) is a New Zealand soccer player who plays as a midfielder.

Fleming is originally from the province of Canterbury and is currently playing for the Victorian Premier League side Green Gully Cavaliers.

Fleming made his debut for the New Zealand national soccer team in the series against Malaysia, in February 2006.
