Jeff Corsaletti is an American professional baseball player who currently plays for the Portland Sea Dogs, the Double-A Eastern League affiliate of the Boston Red Sox.
Jeff grew up in Port Charlotte, Florida and attended Charlotte High School where he was a standout in baseball and football. He then went on to the University of Florida on a baseball scholarship.
Drafted in the 6th round of the 2005 Major League Baseball Draft, Jeff made an instant impact on the Single-A minor league team, the Greenville Bombers. For the final half of the season,Jeff batted leadoff in the lineup hitting .357 with 4 home runs and 26 RBIs. As a Sea Dog, Jeff was chosen as a 2007 Eastern League All-Star and was named the Allied Home Mortgage "Player of the Year" in Portland.
