Jeff "Blando" Bland (born December 6, 1964 in Flint, Michigan) is a U.S. guitarist who has played for Left For Dead, Warrant and Saigon Kick. He is currently the lead guitarist for Slaughter, replacing Tim Kelly after his death.

He has also played with Motley Crue singer Vince Neil, first along with his former Saigon Kick touring bandmate Phil Varone, and then with his Slaughter bandmate Dana Strum.

Bland was born in Flint, Michigan to Elbert and Fern Bland. He has two half brothers and two daughter's, Koddi Lee & Jossi Rae. After being in several bands, he joined Slaughter in 1998 as Tim Kelly's replacement after touring as their front-of-house sound technician.

Jeff also has a cover project CRASH that played bike ralley's for RJ Reynolds (CAMEL CO.) in Dayton Beach for the past 12 years. The band consist of Jeff Blando (lead vocals/guitar), Will Hunt (drums) & Paul Drennan (bass).

Blando is currently touring with Vince Neil as his guitarist & musical director as well as working with Slaughter.
