Jeff Bianchi (born 10/05/1986) is a minor league second basemen for the Wilmington Blue Rocks (KC Royals single A advanced team). He attended Lampeter-Strasburg High-school in Lancaster, PA. He was drafted in 2005 by the Kansas city Royals in the second round (50th overall) in the year 2005[citation needed] and he was a topps Short-season/ rockie All-Star.[1]
