Jeffrey Aaron Beagle (born February 12, 1990 in Huntington Beach, CA) is a former Golden Gloves 17U USA Champion and current American professional boxer. Beagle is also the younger brother of Venture Capitalist and Incubus director Brad Beagle.

[edit] Boxing Career

Beagle, the youngest of three sons, started training in the famed L.A. Boxing gym in Irvine, CA at age 10. His lead trainer was former MMA fighter Derrick Boyers. At age 12, Beagle began competing in the Los Angeles Junior Boxing Association. In his first fight, he defeated his opponent in 38 seconds ending the match after he landed an uppercut with his left hand. From ages 12 to 15 he competed in LAJBA fights compiling a 12-2 record, with eight Technical Knockouts.[1].[2].

At age 16, Beagle began competing in the National Gold Gloves Competition. Beagle fought Kraig McKliewer in May of 2006 in Torrance, CA in his first amateur fight. Beagle defeated McKliewer in four rounds by way of TKO, to start his career 1-0. Beagle continued to compete and compiled a 6-0 record in in the Light Middleweight Division by January of 2007.

Beagle qualified for the Golden Gloves Tournament of Champions which was held in Kansas City, MO in April, 2007. Beagle won his first three fights and beat Edwin Rodriguez by unanimous decision. He was crowned the 17 and under Golden Gloves Light-Middleweight. [3]


Beagle fought Alejandro De Guaveras in a fight in Mexico City in 2008 in which Beagle won the fight by TKO in eight rounds.[4]
