Jacen and Jaina Solo are beginning their training at Luke Skywalker's Jedi Academy. There they befriend Chewbacca's nephew, Lowbacca, and several other young Jedi. Lowbacca and his friends discover an old crashed TIE Fighter in the jungle. As they work to repair it, they are watched by the pilot who once flew the ship, a man named Qorl.
