Jed Zayner (born December 13, 1984 in Valparaiso, Indiana) is an American soccer player who is a Developmental Generation Adidas member of the Columbus Crew who currently on loan as a defender for the Cleveland City Stars of USL Second Division.

Zayner played college soccer at Indiana University from 2003 to 2005. In his three seasons there he started 65 games earning one goal and 4 assists. He also played for three seasons with Chicago Fire Premier in the USL Premier Development League.

He was drafted in the second round, 13th overall, by the Columbus Crew in the 2006 MLS SuperDraft. Due to injury, Zayner saw no first-team games during the 2006 season. He played a total of 20 minutes in 2007 before the Crew loaned him to the Cleveland City Stars. IN 2008, he signed with the Cleveland City Stars of the USL Second Division.
