Hello, I have some question:

1. This image exist in a lot of wikis, why no one uploads it to Commons?
2. The license in other wikis is different, some have PD or something like that and here the uploader wrote "Own Work, Originally from http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeddah" and i think that ID wiki they say that the image is from here (I think, I'm not sure), from where is the image?
